WELLNESS TOURISM has made this facility available to you as a value-added service. Using this service, you can send in your requests for booking various services offered by WELLNESS TOURISM. Your request for booking will be processed for confirmation of prices and availability of services requested by you. Only on WELLNESS TOURISM's confirmation to you about the prices and availability, WELLNESS TOURISM will be bound to provide you the requested services subject, however, to you making full payment and complying with the relevant terms and conditions. Any correspondence with you prior to WELLNESS TOURISM's aforesaid confirmation will not be treated as any acceptance of your request. The online booking of the products and services made available through this website is subject to availability and solely at the discretion of WELLNESS TOURISM and/or its respective suppliers.

Payments:

To confirm your booking, an advance payment is required, provided that you are not having a formal credit agreement with WELLNESS TOURISM. You can enjoy the "Pay Later" option if the check-in date is not within the cancellation window. Payments can be made by online bank transfer, credit cards, or debit cards. Please note that no cash transactions are permitted.

Cancellation policy:

In case of any cancellation of the services, the refund would be restricted to a limited amount depending on the cancellation policies of the hotels we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered accommodation, and missed meals, etc., we do not bear any responsibility or refund. Full cancellation charges are applicable in certain cases such as hotel or resort bookings during peak season and high occupancy dates.

Refund policy:

With regard to unused/unutilized services (those that are paid for and canceled in advance), the refund amount will be calculated based on the cancellation policy above. Accordingly, the money will be refunded to the company/person who made the original payment.

All refunds will be made after deducting the payment gateway charges incurred by WELLNESS TOURISM.

Our liabilities and limitations:

WELLNESS TOURISM acts in the capacity of an agent for the hotels, airlines, transporters, railways, and contractors providing other services. All contracts and tickets, exchange orders, and receipts issued by us are subject to the terms and conditions under which they provide these services. We shall not be held responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or any expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to flight cancellations, natural hazards, breakdown of transport, accidents, breakdown of machinery or equipment, weather, illness, political closures, landslides, or any untoward incidents. We shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to a person, property, or otherwise in connection with accommodation, transportation, or other services, directly or indirectly resulting from an act of God, fire, danger, accident, strikes, civil disturbances, war, custom or medical department regulations, defaults, or any other conditions beyond our control. We do not have insurance policies covering the expenses for sickness, accident, and losses due to theft or any other reason. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home countries. Also, all personal property and baggage at all times are at the client's risk.
